WECON - World Education Conferences - a Peaceglobalnet World Project, is a tool for exercising a new vision of human development. It promotes cooperation between the various Educational and Transforming Agents who interact with children and adolescents in the locality where they live.
Peaceglobalnet - peaceglobalnet.org - is an initiative of citizens who take responsibility for the planet, the preservation of life and the development of knowledge. It acts as a worldwide learning and action community. Develops networking activities from local to global. It was created in 1993 by the International Conference on Future Education - São Paulo, Brazil.
It works in partnership with several world organizations that focus on Culture of Peace, Sustainability, Citizenship and Local / Global Governance. Organized World Meetings in Geneva, Sao Paulo, five-day E-conference. Also, Continental Meetings in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, South America.
In 2020, the WECON Project - weconglobal.com - organized the International Congress on the Culture of Peace in Costa Rica, a collaborative construction of 35 public, private organizations, universities, with the seal of UNESCO. In Brazil, the Webinar Series “A Escola Além dos Muros”, held jointly with ABED, Club of Budapest, Universities, NGOs and the participation of educators from the Jacareí Municipality, Regional Department of Education of Brasilândia /Freguesia in São Paulo and several states in the Brazil.
